Shipping Policy

HAIM offers free domestic shipping for orders over $50.00 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Canada for an additional $7.00 surcharge. We aren‘t fulfilling international orders at this time (although we hope to in the future!). All shipping rates are subject to change and will be reflected in your cart at checkout.

All projected delivery times are not guaranteed and are based on average transit times after processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9-5 PST. If shipping delays are beyond five business days, we will notify you of the delay via email. If your product is back-ordered beyond five business days, we will email to inform you of the backorder. In this case, we will send your order as soon as it is available unless you cancel before it is shipped. We will provide you with a tracking number via email when your order ships. Returns and Exchanges

HAIM has a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you don't love your product, we will replace or refund the cost of the product less the shipping cost. If you have questions about our quality guarantee or need to request a product refund, please get in touch with service@nuhaim.com.

Package Tracking

We do our best to process and ship orders within 48 hours. Please allow additional time during peak holiday seasons or busy sales periods. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number to let you know it is on the way. Transit time will vary based on your location. If your package is lost in transit or the wrong address was used at checkout, it is your responsibility to locate the package. We will, however, do everything we can to assist you. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping charges if your items are shipped back to us. If you do not wish for an order to be re-shipped to you, you will be issued a refund less the initial shipping charge.
