Shipping Policy


Please note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic please allow for extra processing and shipping time. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Shipping and handling fees are as follows. Company reserves the right to use any shipping service we choose to ship products to you. We offer ground and rush shipping options.



FREE Domestic Shipping for Orders Over $XXX (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)
DOMESTIC- UPS (please note UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box)
  • Standard - $XX Flat Rate to 48 Contiguous States (X-X business days in transit)
  •                   ($XX Flat Rate to: Hawaii and Alaska)
  • Second Day - Please enter your address for Rates (2 business days in transit)
  • Next Day - Please enter your address for Rates (1 business day in transit)

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional surcharge of $X.XX.

We also ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Canada. Orders shipping to Canada are currently will incur an additional $XX.XX surcharge and are shipped through XXX with door-to-door tracking. All other orders will incur an additional surcharge of $X.XX.

*All delivery times above are based on average in-transit time, after the order has been processed by our fulfillment warehouse. Orders are processed during PST business hours Monday - Friday. 

All shipping prices are quoted in United States dollars. No C.O.D. orders can be accepted. 

The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization or during holidays.

There may be occasional delays beyond the posted order processing time. If the delay is more than XX business days, we will send you an e-mail message notifying you of the delay. If the delay will be less than XX business days, we will ship the product as soon as it is received. If your product is on backorder for more than XX business days, we will send you an e-mail message asking if you want to cancel the order. If you do not advise us that you would like to cancel the order, we will process the order and sent it to you.

When your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. If you lose this email, you may call our customer service center for tracking information. We do not guarantee any specific delivery dates or times. These shipping terms are accepted by you by placing an order with us.



NuHAIM™ is pleased to ship worldwide through our partner, XXXX.  Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option.  The global checkout page will allow you to see the cost of shipping and duties and taxes upfront. You may prepay duties and taxes when you check out or pay upon delivery.  If you prepay, there will be no additional funds collected upon delivery.  XXXX handles the international checkout and shipping and will process your payment and guarantee delivery.  Once your order is completed, order status questions should be directed to or XXX-XXX-XXXX.


International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE. Our third-party vendor, XXXX, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.



Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which are collected at the time of delivery excluding UPS I-Parcel Shipping.

These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order.



Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. 

We require that you select a secure delivery address and preferably one where someone is able to receive your package directly.



If you have entered the wrong shipping address on your order the responsibility is with the customer to locate their package.

Please note that if your items are being shipped back to us, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges. 

If you do not wish to have the order re-shipped to you, you will be issued a refund less the initial shipment charge.
